Eligibility Criteria
- Landholding farmer families with cultivable land
- Small and marginal farmers (up to 2 hectares land)
- All farmer families irrespective of size of landholding (as per recent changes)
- Exclusions: Institutional landholders, income tax payers, professionals like doctors/engineers/lawyers, retired pensioners with monthly pension above ₹10,000
